Pinot Noir

Late harvesting (combined with 3 years controlled cellaring) has produced for the first vintage a subtle and velvet drive Pinot Noir. Final flavors include pepper over cranberry and cherry. Subsequent tastings show continuing and expanded depth gaining with further bottle conditioning. Has been described by one French wine consultants "has an old-world feel being pale, brick red in colour, soft and silky with good pinot noir varietal character".

* It is our policy that no vintages are released before they have the requisite bottle-ageing.  Whilst our wines are crafted to improve, for many years, in the bottle, we do insist that they are ready to be enjoyed as soon as you buy them.  We will advise here a few weeks before the new vintages are released.
